And we have to admit that we are impressed that it has been aged in virgin casks. Don’t get us wrong… there is NOTHING wrong with Bourbon and Sherry casks. But if you want to taste\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e the pure influence of Spirit and wood,\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e this is the way to do it. In addition, it’s bottled at what we think is the perfect strength — 46% ABV— which makes it a \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003efull-flavored sipper \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003ethat will also stand up to ice.
