This premium blended Irish whiskey brings together Clonakilty Single Pot Still Whiskey and Single Grain Whiskey in a harmonious marriage. Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-port casks from the Douro Valley, it delivers layers of richness, fruit, and subtle spice.

Nose:
Fresh sweet apples, ripe peaches and vanilla, creamy with a hint of wood.

Palate: 
Fruit forward with cherries, raisins and soft spices and a hint of cardamom.

Finish:
Middle long with soft spice and a hint of chocolate.
