with Amelia Holaday of Honeycomb Kitchen Shop

Must be 21+ to attend.

Celebrate fall’s rich, comforting flavors with Chef Amelia Holaday in the HKS Kitchen while learning the essential techniques for creating delicate, tender crêpes completely from scratch. As you enter the kitchen, you’ll be greeted by a Seasonal Fall Salad, an appetizer from Chef featuring fresh, in-season produce. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and start on the evening’s task at hand – mastering a versatile Crêpe Batter that serves as the foundation for both sweet and savory creations. From there, you’ll transform a savory blend of Roasted Butternut Squash, Seasoned Sausage, and Fall Herbs into a thoughtfully crafted filling that captures the heartiness of autumn. To give you a taste of the sweet side of your crepes, Chef will share her decadent Caramel Apple Cheesecake Filling and seasonal garnishes with you to create a warm, indulgent dessert. This class also incudes a curated Wine Pairing from The Wine Shop at Honeycomb. Come build your confidence in balancing flavors, textures, and fillings, so you can recreate elegant, restaurant-quality crêpes at home for cozy autumn meals, festive brunches, or special seasonal gatherings. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*

MEET THE CHEF:

Growing up in a food-centric family, Amelia Holaday learned the value of community and shared meals early on. This fostered a love for flavors and all things hosting, eventually leading her to open her own restaurant, which operated for several years as a cr êperie and specialty coffee shop. During this time Amelia deepened her passion for building connections through food and found a great amount of fulfillment providing a space for underrepresented communities to gather.

After moving to Northwest Arkansas, she found herself right at home in the Honeycomb Kitchen. Combining her love of food with planning and organizing has in many ways been a dream job!

A longtime DIY-er and advocate for a simple life, she currently spends most of her free time building out her tiny house and finding space in 240 square feet to create delicious and nutritious meals on a budget.
