Dunville's Peated Three Crowns

Dunville’s peated expression brings smoke back to the spotlight. Blending single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys, it receives a finishing period in peated casks for a bold, distinctive smokiness. Relaunched in 2016 after disappearing in the 1930s, it’s a modern homage to a historic Irish whiskey.

Nose:
Vanilla, with a gentle smokiness and earthy undertones. Notes of white grapes, stewed pear, honey and cinnamon.

Palate:
Butterscotch and light chocolate, peat smoke accompanied by warming spices, a touch of sea salt, and light notes of raisins.

Finish:
Long lingering smoky finish with added spice.
