Q: What should I use to clean the water tanks?
A: Clean them with water only. Never use detergents or chemicals that are harmful to health inside the water tanks.
A: This usually happens in two specific situations:
During initial setup: If you just plugged the unit in, the water needs time to chill. Please wait 2 hours for the initial cooling process to complete.
After heavy use: If you recently dispensed a large volume of cold water, the chilled supply may be temporarily depleted. The unit takes about 80 minutes to cool down a fresh batch of incoming water.
