A bold and contemporary expression, this Irish 5 Year Old Double Wood marries single malt and single grain whiskeys with the distinctive character of virgin oak finishing. Matured for at least four years in select first-fill bourbon casks and refined for a final year in virgin oak, it delivers a vibrant fusion of sweetness, spice, and modern Irish craft—proudly produced in County Down.

Nose:
Zesty lemon peel notes are complemented by rich vanilla cream, subtle hints of tobacco, and a light woody undertone.

Palate:
Smooth and creamy with big oak spice and mocha notes, followed by vanilla and warm cinnamon.

Finish:
Fresh melon and milk chocolate digestives come though, followed by a subtle lingering spice.
