Proclamation

This exceptional Irish grain whiskey is made in small batches, preserving the craft and care passed down through generations. A first rest in new American oak builds depth, followed by bourbon and sherry cask maturation that weaves together a smooth, harmonious blend worthy of its heritage.

Nose:
Apricot and crème brulé notes. Custard, cappuccino and ending with woody/earthy notes.

Palate: 

Notes of toasted brioche, freshly baked pastry and overtones of macerated yellow fruits. Fusions of tannins on the mid-palate.

Finish:
Smooth, very creamy and warming.
