A single pot still Irish whiskey from Sailor’s Home, The Haven is matured in a combination of oloroso sherry casks and ex-bourbon barrels, creating a balance of rich dried-fruit sweetness and classic pot-still spice.

Nose:
Delicate notes of sweet buttered bread, sultanas and green apple.

Palate:
Creamy mouthfeel, pot spices, roasted almonds & vanilla notes.

Finish:
Hints of brown sugar and ripe black fruits.
