Tomatin 2011 (G&M Discovery)

Distilled at Tomatin in 2011 and nurtured in an array of bourbon casks for over a decade, this Highland single malt was bottled in 2023 to join Gordon & MacPhail’s Discovery series. It offers a bright, approachable introduction to Tomatin’s gentle, fruit-forward character, framed by sweet bourbon influence.

Nose:
Ripe tropical fruits combine with green apple and tangerine. Lemon peel and roasted peanuts give way to soft vanilla.

Palate:
Smooth pear and underlying citrus complements white peach. Malted biscuit notes and melon are balanced by black pepper. 

Finish:
Medium-bodied finish with mature oak and subtle dried herbs.
